Support Our Theatre Arts Program 2011-12
Welcome to the theatre community at Westfield High School. Westfield Theatre Boosters is an organization dedicated to supporting our award-winning theatre program with time, talents and financial donations. Please join our organization and become an active participant in the theatre experience at Westfield. We invite you to attend and become a part of our decision-making and support team. Our monthly meetings are held in the Black Box Theatre. Even if you do not have time to attend the monthly meetings, your membership dollars help support the program by providing costumes, technical
equipment, front-of-house support and other assistance to the students in musicals, plays, children’ theatre, cabarets, improvisation teams, and Westfield Summer Stage as well as supporting field trips, conferences, and
scholarships. Thank you for your support! Please support us by choosing from the following membership categories.
All members receive recognition in the three mainstage programs in 2011-12.
$10 Special Alumni Donation ($10 tax-deductible)
$25 Player’s Circle Minimum membership fee ($25 tax-deductible)
$50 Director’s Circle 2 tickets to 1 Mainstage show ($30 tax-deductible)
$100 Producer’s Circle 2 tickets to 2 Mainstage shows ($60 tax-deductible)
$200 Sponsor’s Circle 2 tickets to 3 Mainstage shows ($140 tax-deductible)
$500 and up Opening Night Club 4 tickets to 3 Mainstage shows ($380 tax-deductible)
Westfield Theatre Boosters is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and donations are tax-deductible for federal tax purposes. We are eligible for corporate matching funds. Memberships are valid from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
